Ayurveda is the sister science of yoga, and one of the most ancient sciences of the world. Based on the laws of nature, this complete medical science emphasizes balancing all aspects of one’s life. Join Amber for a 60-minute virtual lifestyle consultation. Using the information gathered in the initial lifestyle consultation and assessment, your customized Ayurvedic lifestyle plan will be created- uniquely for you. This lifestyle plan will act as a holistic guide map to balancing your mind and body, as well as awakening improvements in overall health and wellbeing.

Thai Yoga

PRIVATE THAI YOGA

Thai yoga is an ancient healing system that combines assisted yoga postures, acupressure, and stimulation of energy lines. Also known as, yoga massage, assisted yoga, or passive assisted stretching, Thai yoga respects the body's natural limitations while encouraging and enhancing one’s range of motion. Additional benefits of Thai Yoga include but are not limited to: deep relaxation; intentional quieting of the mind; increased energy levels; improved circulation, lymphatic flow, mobility, and flexibility; muscular tension relief; rejuvenation of the body and mind; as well as nurtured body-mind connection.

START - Introduction Package

START includes an initial thirty-minute phone or in-person assessment/interview, followed by an individually crafted transformation plan. Once the transformation plan has been created (within 1 week of the initial assessment) a thirty-minute follow-up & review will be scheduled.

 

 

SUPPORT - Basic Accountability Package

SUPPORT includes START in addition to 4 weeks of follow-up accountability, lifestyle coaching & mentoring support. Each week a thirty-minute phone call, zoom and or skype session (client preference) will take place to ensure weekly goals are met and to support continued growth within the customized transformation plan.

 

 

SUSTAIN - Signature Transformation Package

This package includes START in addition to 8 weeks of follow-up accountability, lifestyle coaching & mentoring support plus weekly wellness wisdom tips and insight.
